Enjoy a car show, live entertainment, food & craft vendors, carnival games, and a patriotic tribute by the National Guard. Entertainment includes Japan Karate Institute of Darlington, Brenda Cranford School of Dance, Dave Neilson the Magician, Donna Howle and Lamb's Oil Dance Group, Room 222 (Christian rock band), Kelleytown Baptist Church Choir, and Emmanuel Baptist Church Choir. Car and Motorcycle show with more than 100 vehicles, hosted by Sandhills Classic Car Club, from 4:00 - 8:00 pm. Fireworks at sundown (about 9:15 p.m.). Free admission; $1 parking charge. Barbecue dinners (including BBQ, rice, red gravy, potato souffle, slaw, bread & tea) will be available for $6. Lawn chairs and blankets are welcome, but no coolers, please.
